How could I solve the error when resetting the HoloLens?

Question

I use Windows Device Recovery Tools to reset my HoloLens 1 because I forgot the password. But when the tools working, it would show the failed result like the picture below. How can I avoid the error when using this Recovery Tool ? Thank you all !!
