EXAM RECHEDULE ERROR - DP 300

I received a call from the examination centre to reschedule my exam. As they are closing the Testing Centre on Sunday. When I tried to reschedule my exam DP 300 which is original scheduled on Mar 13th on Sunday. I am unable to do so getting message 'the appointment cannot be rescheduled. Th current exam price differs from the amount you have paid'. But to purchase this exam I used an voucher177499-exam.png given my Microsoft. Please guide me to rescheduled it.
