No audio after returning from break-out room

Hello Teams Community,

Please i have a friend who is reported this issue to us.

During a large Teams meeting in our organization (approx. 150 participants) we noticed that when participants returned after a break-out session their audio could not be heard.

Even muting/unmuting the microphone did not help. Intermittent error, not everyone was affected. The only solution was to log out and back Into the meeting.

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve the no audio during the Team meeting.

    Hi @IBN ,

    Intermittent error, not everyone was affected.

    Have you noticed if there's anything in common among the users who are affected by the issue?
    How do they join the Teams meeting, from Teams desktop client for Windows or Teams web client?

    Besides, if possible, in order to help narrow down the issue, it's also suggested to try using a different audio device and see if there would be any improvement.
