Biztalk 2016 - 32 Bit only checkbox disabled

We are trying to configure Biztalk 2016 standard edition , while configuring the Biztalk Server Runtime , to create the host instance we are not able to deselect the 32 bit only option.
We are not sure as to why the check-box is disabled , are there any possibilities as to why it has been disabled.
We have not seen this issue earlier.
