Biztalk 2016 , Host Instance Configuration -32 bit only check box disabled for edit

Question

We are trying to configure a biztalk sever standard edition 2016 , while configuring the Biztalk Server Runtime - I would want to disable the default 32 bit option for the host instances but unable to do so since the check box has been disabled.

Is there a possibility on why the check box has been disabled and can’t be in-checked to

Looks like the standard edition is configured in such a way that 32 bit is enabled by default and the only option to modify it is to change the host properties in the Admin Console
