Office 2019 Depolyment failed with Unexpected GetAddrInfoW failed on server C: with error 11001

Hi,

We are doing some Office deployment and on some machine, it hangs at 51% and the install failed.

The above error is shown in the setup .log for all the failed machines

Any ideas or suggestions, what is wrong ?

    Could you please tell us how did you deploy Office?
    Such as via ODT with configuration file (.xml) or other methods. Please kindly share us the .xml file for further analysis.

    Here is a similar thread, "Office 2019 Pro Plus C2R Takes forever to install (hours). See Errors in the install log", you could have look.
    This user solved the issue via adding the "SourcePath" attribute into .xml file.
