Hello Linda,
Greetings.
To send an email to a group of people without any of the recipients seeing each other's email addresses, you can use the "Bcc" (blind carbon copy) feature in Outlook. When you add recipients to the Bcc field, each recipient will receive a copy of the email, but none of them will be able to see the email addresses of the other recipients. Here's how you can do it:
- Open Outlook and create a new email.
- In the new email window, you'll see the "To" field. Next to it, there should be an option for "Cc" and possibly "Bcc". If you don't see the "Bcc" field, you may need to enable it in the options.
- Once the "Bcc" field is visible, enter the email addresses of the recipients in the "Bcc" field. If you want to send the email all at once without inputting individual email addresses, you can create a contact list with these users and add it here. Create, edit, or delete a contact list or contact group in Outlook - Microsoft Support
- Compose your email and send it as you normally would.
By using the "Bcc" field, you can ensure that the email addresses of the recipients are kept private and are not visible to others.

Best Regards,
Ashraf.
