Bluetooth Headphones

I have checked all the settings in TEAMS for devices that show the Bluetooth headphones I am trying to use. They play all other sound outside of TEAMS. When I do a test call or call a colleague there is no sound. Am I missing something in the settings?

    Hi Catherine

I tried opening settings but there is no option called 'Devices'. Only the first three are there. I connected my headset but I can't speak anything. I can hear everything clear. There is a pop-up message saying 'There is no mic on your headset'. Can you please help?

    Hi Diane,

Please try to change your audio settings in Microsoft Teams application like below:

    1. click your profile picture at the top of Teams
    2. locate the Settings > Devices
    3. Under Audio devices, pick the speaker and mic you want Teams to use by default.

    Best Regards,

    Catherine

It seems that this only works for the desktop application of Teams (as shared so far in this thread from the Microsoft team). Is there a way to use Bluetooth headphones when in the mobile application (as seen in Rose-AnneManns's image)?
