Get notification for changing in an excel file automatically

Hello, thankyou for listening to my question.

I want an email notification of any change done by my client in an online excel file (ONEDRIVE), is it possible using Automate command in the online excel file?
and could it be a specific email content in the email body?
If yes, please send me script. If there is any other way, please let me know.
