O365 as Win32 is not installing

Hi Techies,

i have created O365 app as Win32 and it is working fine with deploying normally to any device via Intune.
But, it is failing with autopilot with whiteglove deployment.
Intune gives error code- 0x80070643.20121-o365issue.jpg

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated !!

    Based on the error code, it's a generic error, and is specific to MSI app installations via MDM. It translates to a generic MSI 1603 error. Please click here for more details.

    Plus, this KB article introduces the possible causes and resolutions for the 1603 error. You can click the following link to visit it. One of the cause if the app has already been installed on the PC, the error may occur during deploying the app again.

    On the other hand, instead of using the type of Win32 app deployment, there is a dedicated app type named "Microsoft 365 Apps". You can choose it for deploying Office 365 apps. Please click the following link for more details.

    Why do you want use Win32 app, when O365 suite is build in in Intune. You don't need to wrap it yourself.
