Unable to see/download the AZ 300 Certificate

Hi Team,

I have passed the "AZ-300 - Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies" on 14th Aug 20020. But when I am trying to download the certificate it not showing me any certificate.

Could someone help me to get my certificate, I have to share the certificate to my Company it's mandatory process of our company.
