Emails generated by Azure were blocked

Hi,

My company use a Azure web application which employees need to send quote, purchase order, invoice to our client through this application. Now, all emails sent by this app are blocked by Microsoft because some activities were treated as spam (like sending purchase orders to a supplier several times in a short period of time).

I tried to send emails to non-Microsoft email accounts, and it works properly.

Kindly advise how to get my company's emails generated by our Azure application could be sent normally, please.

Ensure that your domain has proper Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) records configured. This helps email providers verify that your emails are legitimately sent from your domain.
