ADF Bug Report: convertTimeZone Timezone ID Sources

When using convertTimeZone and convertFromUtc in dynamic content in ADF the Preview Data button appears to be using a different time zone id list than the debug processor.
For example, when using the Preview Data button the input 'Mountain Standard Time' produces an 'invalid' error while 'US/Mountain' processes successfully.
When doing a debug run the opposite is true. The debug run will error on 'US/Mountain' but will process successfully with 'Mountain Standard Time'.
Specifically this is being done in an additional column in the source of a Copy activity.

I reproduced this issue. yes it looks bug to me as well. Awesome observation.
When I tried 'US/Mountain' its working fine in data preview of copy activity. But failing in debug run. and vice versa. I escalated this issue internally. I will share updates once I here back.
