Considering the below data point,
Only apps that have no user permissions or sign ins
No Azure owner
NOT caring about status of office.com/apps since these apps don't have the dynamic groups
Not worrying about application permissions

The biggest concern is that some of these apps may be services/APIs and default apps provided (since there is a number of them with Microsoft as the publisher.

I have found list of apps. If there any other reason that I should not delete these apps?

Please help to analysis

Hi @Yoga , based on the applications you listed above, I cannot give advice on which ones to delete. Most of them look to be custom apps, which is something you'd need to decide. For anything built in like AD Hybrid Health, you can delete these, but I do recommend keeping them in case you need them. Please let me know if you have any questions.

In Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), it's generally not advisable to delete apps without careful consideration and a clear understanding of the potential consequences. Here are some reasons why you should be cautious about deleting apps in Azure AD:

    1. Data Loss: When you delete an app in Azure AD, you may lose associated data and configurations. This can include user settings, permissions, and other related information. Deleting an app without proper planning can result in data loss that may be difficult or impossible to recover.

User Impact: If users rely on the app for their daily work or if it's integrated into your organization's workflows, deleting the app can disrupt productivity and cause confusion. It's important to communicate any changes to users and provide alternative solutions if necessary.
