How can I see what Windows Update wants to update on my system?

I am not willing to trust MS to manage my system.

All they really seem to want to do is sell me Office 365 or force me to buy a new PC.

To heck with all of that...

    Hello @Gary Hicks

    Thanks for posting your question!

Please direct yourself on your menu bar and then where it says "Type here to search" , you will write down "windows updates".

Once you are there , you will see Updates available and below to that there is an option that says "View optional updates"

    Regards,

You can go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and here can see information about what updates are available for you. You can also manage updates from there.
