Account is blocked. How to unlock?

My account has been blocked, even though I am typing the correct password but it will still bring up the error that your account is temporarily blocked

My second account on my laptop's pin has been blocked due to many attempts to login or to many shut downs, this did not happen. This is the third time since 1/22/2025 that this has happened. will not let me verify account except by phone number which is a land line and does not accept text. logged in from same account different computer changed the phone number now will not let be do anything for 28 days. I do not need password changed just a verification code sent by voice to original phone number.

I know of nothing you can do except wait 28 days. Sorry.

Hi Don,

I did change my password 2-3 times but when I log in again it comes up with the same error that my account is blocked.
