How to center a bitmap in a bound object frame in a continuous form in Access 2003?

Question

Any help with this would be much appreciated. I managed to get each record in a continuous form in Access 2003 to display a different bitmap image, but the bitmap images that are not the size of the bound object frame in the form display in the upper left corner, rather than in the center.

I've done many searches and looked at many pages over several days and still not found a solution, so I am posting this question.

Can anyone help with this?

In Access 2010 I tested a solution that was suggested to me and had success, which was to link an image control to a filed containing the paths to the images. This wasn't an option in Access 2003.

Unfortunately that isn't in my control, I wish it was.

I would encourage you to update to the newest version of Access, instead of moving to one that is still 3 versions old.

I've been asked to provide an update. I have had the suggestion that I can add padding to the bound object frame to centre the pictures that need centring, and been given some code that could get me started on testing that possible solution.

However, I have reason to think that using a later version of Access would enable me to go back to using jpegs in image controls, and yesterday I found that the group that I'm making the database for is actually using a later version of Access.

As soon as I have the time, probably before the end of the week, I am going to see the lay of the land in Access 2010, with regards to this.
