A user computer has the problem whenever Windows 10 file explorer downloads short cut is select then File Explorer hangs. This can either be by select Downloads under Quick Access or under This PC. Get normal operation by selecting Users, User, Downloads. I compared Downloads properties between This PC and Users, User and do not see anything different. Tried Restore Default. Tried Find Target but was not able to select anything.
Tried sfc /scannow and nothing happened.
When I log on as myself, the file explorer shortcuts works and sfc /scannow does start.
