Am I able to change a One-to-Many Relationship to a One-to-One Relationship when using Access?

I am wonder if it is possible to change a one to many relationship to a one to one relationship when using access. My access automatically says the relationship I am trying to create is a one-to-many. However I need it to be a One-to-One relationship, is this possible?

    Yes. Go to menu Tools and click Relations in the ribbon.
    The relations will be displayed.
    Double-click the relation you wish to modify, adjust as needed, and click OK.

    A one-to-one relationship type is defined by the foreign key of the referencing table in the relationship also being a primary key, though not an autonumber of course, or otherwise indexed uniquely. For examples see TypeHierarchy.zip in my public databases folder at:
