Unable to recover outlook account

I am creating multiple Azure Labs. In doing so, I created 4 different Outlook accounts, added Azure, applied a Custom Domain. Unfortunately I didn't complete the backup information with Authenticator App, alternate password, or text. So when going to secure the Azure Access, I changed the password to one of them using a LastPass complex password (16 character) but the new password didn't add to Last Pass. So I went through the recover account and, even though I used a correct "Previous Password" I kept getting the unfortunately thing. Given that there is zero way to reach out to a real person at Microsoft for this, I was forced to create a new outlook account. Now I am not able to get into the old Azure Tenant plus can't use the custom domain that I just paid for.

Now to my request. I am in need of getting back into my original outlook account, OR have the custom domain removed from my old tenant.

    Hello @ProSOC North Wind

    Thanks for posting your question!

I have some question for your and they are below:

Did you wait to get your customer domain verified(Green lights shown)?
Did you disable on your new account block sign-in option?
Have you tried it from PowerShell terminal?

    Regards,

I am no longer able to access the original email (prosocnorthwind), which is the account used to create Azure and add the custom domain. While in the original Azure Tenant, yes, I added the custom domain, made it primary, all green.

Not sure what you mean about the new account block sign-in option.

If I can't access the initial Azure Tenant, how would the PowerShell Terminal help?

Thank you for clarifying. All accounts were created in Azure, while logged on with the original prosocnorthwind account. I added users (No Group) and no users logins blocked. Then, prior to setting up any Break Glass or alternate logons for the original account, I changed the password using LastPass complex password creation with 16 characters. I thought I saw it save and I moved on. Unfortunately, it did not save so when I went in to add the Break Glass group, setup SSPR and additional backups for the original account, I found out the password didn't save and I couldn't get in.

I've tried several times to get in, recover my account, and I am not able to log into my outlook account therefore I'm not able to get into my Azure account to make any changes. This same Azure account has a custom domain successfully added to it so I am not able to use that domain in a new Azure account.

Thank you for helping and I hope this has enough detail

Ricardo, thank you for the information. It did set me on the right path however, the phone number only pointed me to online, which is where I started. Even though I am still locked out of my outlook account, there is possibly a work around.

My ultimate goal is to be able to manage my prosocnorthwind.com Azure Tenant. I've been given a process to get back in to the Tenant.
