Hi , I am really frustrated with Microsoft Teams. As it keeps dropping my set audio and video devices. I have numbers of different Microsoft accounts provided by my clients and some days I need to log in and out to/from accounts a couple of times. In between if I have any meeting or need to call people within the same tenancy, the device settings get greyed out and can not be managed unless rebooting the system. I really appreciate your help.

Besides, you can follow the steps below to clear Teams client cache to check if it helps.
- Fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client. To do this, either right click Teams from the Icon Tray and select ‘Quit’, or run Task Manager and fully kill the process.
- Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.
- Once in the directory, remove all the files and restart Teams.

2022-04-01T14:42:47.687+00:00 Thanks @JimmyYang-MSFT for your comments. Yes, using the browser resolve some issues. But unfortunately functionality and accessing Teams features under the Browser is not the same as the Desktop app. It's been almost impossible to access to "request for control", as an example.
I have done further research and understood that using Firefox Containers may resolve most of issues and frustration. As I can have different containers for different accounts. I have not tried yet. But I will definitely share my experience when I set Firefox containers up.Thanks gain!
