How do I see (in SharePoint) who approved a document routed via the Sign-Off Flow?

    Hi, @Leslie Saravia ,

    By design, the built-in Request sign-off flow can only show approve staus in SharePoint Online. It cannot show who approved the document.

    For your requirement, I would suggest you create a cutom approval flow to show who approved the document in the column, Below is my demo for you:
