AZ-303/AZ-304 written & passed but no certification showing

Question

Morning All,

I have the first Microsoft Certified: Solutions Architect Expert certification, and recently wrote the AZ-303/AZ-304 exams in order to maintain the certification.
Whilst it shows on my transcript as being passed and the badges have been released, the certification does not show as having been issued. It only shows the original which expires in a few months time.
Could anyone assist?
