Hello,

My admin provided me with the Plan 1 subscription for Visio, on 3/24. Since then when I try to launch Visio for the Web I receive the following error:

visio is not available for you please contact your office 365 admin for assistance
Correlation ID: cbb97c1f-a9f3-423b-8791-e4db60be86b7

We have confirmed that the subscription is assigned to me successfully; I uninstalled Visio professional so there was no 'confusion' but other than that, neither of us know what to do at this point. I've cleared my cache, signed out and back in, re-set my password. I'm at a loss...

    Hi @Sabrina B ,
Did you cannot login Visio for Web with the account contain Visio Plan 1 Subscription?
Based on the error message, I suggest you contact the Administrator and check if the Vision web service is turned off:

If anybody else stumbles across this, the fix for me was un-hiding the app tiles in the SharePoint admin centre.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/hide-app-tiles-on-app-launcher

Although the documentation states "Hiding these services doesn't remove them for users. If users have saved the address of the service, they will still be able to access it." - this doesn't appear to be the case.
