Need to Schedule Exam again as I missed to appear today 28th Mar 2022

Dear Sir/Madam,

My MCID is 992630121. I have enrolled for the exam. But due to some miscommunication I couldn't attend the exam today (03/28). Can you please help to reschedule the exam? While trying to reschedule, it's showing already an open account exists, it's not allowing me to reschedule the exam. Please help.
