Hello,
i got the Microsoft tunnel application running with Android devices. But since today i get devices randomly banned from accessing and i cannot allow them back.
the score only increases with every attempt. Getting a new IP address on cellular does not resolve the issue. Anybody got the same issue.
On the Endpoint Manager Dashboard everything is green. Anybody expieriencing the same issue?

For this issue, please confirm that you use Microsoft Defender for Endpoint as the tunnel client app, the previous Android standalone tunnel client app has ended support.

From the screen shot that you provided, it seems that many user auth failures cause IP to be banned and the score is the number of login failures for this IP address.
It is needed to check some logs on the Android device to confirm if there is something wrong with user auth. With Q&A limitation, Q&A is not the good channel for such log analysis case. Ok, issue is resolved. The resolution was to change the listening port for the tunnel service on the Cloud Dashboard and then it worked again
