recieving mail from weblow using mailgun smtp relay messages are stripped or disappear to Office 365 email account

Hello gang,

have a website where people want a news letter so they enter their email address and voila we receive an email with there contact details.

The mail comes in and either disappears or is stripped of all content. The incoming mail server is Exchange 365. The sender has a webform attached the site that is using webflow with mailgun smtp relay. This is on OWA and the Outlook client.

The sender Domain is webforms.io.

If we use a different email address as the receiver, lets say an @Karima ben .com address the message comes in properly.

Any help would be appreciate any help.

Do you have access to the Exchange 365 tenant?
If yes, please use message trace to check if the messages failed to be delivered.
And also check in Microsoft 365 Defender to see if the messages were quarantined.
