Publish C# App in MIcrosoft Store

Following the Microsoft Learn on how to publish an APP: I click "PUBLISH" but the next screen doesn't provide the STORE as an option.
Instead, I get the following 4 options: Azure, Click Once, Docker Container Registry, Folder. Why do I not see MS Store an option?
