Do you mean that when you are using azure service bus connection string then your client application is not able to connect or your client application doesn't support "/" or "+" characters which is always the part of azure service bus connection string? Please share more details on your client application that you are connecting to along with some of the screenshots if there is any error that will help to understand the issue.
