    Dear Nida Ahmed1

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

About "file--save as"m this is the steps for outlook for windows, not outlook on the web.

For creating templates in outlook on the web, I tested and did some research for you on my side. For this, first, you need add templates in outlook on the web. Only you added this, after this, you can create template in outlook on the web.

    1. Open Outlook webmail.
    2. Go to (+) New Message.
    3. Select (...) More Action option.

    1. Click on Get Add-ins option.

    1. Click on Admin-managed. You can see this My Templates option. Click on Add.

    1. After clicking on add you can see "My Templates" option in (...More action tab.

After this, click new email and create this as the template you want. And then save this in draft. Then open this in Draft. Click ... and then choose save as template.

Hope this can help. If there is any update, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
