I have an Access database that tracks my artwork. On the Report for which I print gallery tags, if the calculated [Price] field =0, I would like to return "NFS" [not for sale]. How and where would I code this? I have to change the data type? The source for the Report is a query.

Set the Format property of the textbox displaying the amount to:

    0.00,,"NFS"
