Why are there no more libraries to chose from in OneDrive settings?

I'm using a corporate version of OneDrive, which is very useful, but some things are mind boggling. When trying to chose folders to auto-sync, I only get an option to sync Desktop, Documents and Pictures. I'd like to share Videos for example and I'm unable to do that. Not only that, there is no option to chose other folders from the list. You have to add everything manually. Is there a way to bypass that restriction? I'd also like to know why some folders are "always" syncing, even though every file inside is properly synced (green check mark).
