how to read SAP HR Infotype

Hello, everyone,

I would like to ask what is the best way to read from SAP HR in order to make dashboards. Specifically the infotype information.

infotype 2001
infotype 2002
infotype 016 ...etc

Is it possible to read directly or do you have to make a query from BW and call this query from datafactory?

Firstly, I'm not an expert in SAP or don't have an instance to try it out. But after reading your query multiple times, my understanding is that this is more SAP related question rather than ADF. Please correct if I am understanding the ask.
