exam vouchers not showing after cancelling a exam

Question

i cancelled my exam for az-303 and az-304, but i did not get the vouchers back in my microsoft account to schedule another exam.
I had scheduled the exam with the help of vouchers.

Kindly make the vouchers available again in the exam discount section so that i can schedule my exams again.
