Hi @Ashley Magsino AFS ,
For example, can I view emails received or sent with the teams channel name 'Finance' in the CC box and create a folder for all those emails?
As far as I know, I afraid this is currently not feasible.
Normally, in order to move emails to a particular folder in Outlook based on certain criteria, we can set up rules in Outlook via Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts > New Rule, but there are no conditions available to pick out all emails with a specific name or address in the CC box.
Or is there a way to see all emails that have been sent to a specific teams channel and view it on outlook?
This is not possible at present either. As not all emails to the Teams channel will reach your Inbox, and to the best of my knowledge, there's no feature available to automatically move all messages out from the Teams channel conversation to Outlook.
Given this situation, I just tried submitting a suggestion via the dedicated feedback portal for Microsoft Teams. I'll leave the link below so that you or other community members can vote or comment there as well. Hopefully this feature can be considered and added in the future.
