Name is not spelled correctly on my drivers license due to lack of special characters at the DMV

Question

My drivers license is Ja Net, my actaul name on my other documents is Ja'net as is my work email.
My yahoo was built prior to special characters.
Please allow me to certify in the name Ja Net.
I need to sign up for PL-300 certification examination.
