Developer portal - app - create a new bot doens't work

Hello,
The page becomes blank when I click on the 'Create a new bot' in App features - Bot of Teams app created via Developer portal.
I also get a console error:
Is it a known bug or should I update antyhing on my end?

for temporary solution:-
Instead of clicking on "Create a new bot", if you go to Tools > Bot management.
