Not sure if it's the same with Azure AD, but in Server AD, you never see membership of dynamic groups.
It's "asked for" when needed, by the server.
I would say to test and see if it's working, not look in the portal for a "membership".

My dynamic group isn't assigning my tablet after enrollment. I tried following the docs as much as possible, also communicated with a chat supporter who asked me to post it here for an expert answer.

Is Your enrollment profile "patient" contain any devices ?
