Create an external user report for file and folder sharing

I'm creating a dot net application and I'd like to get a report that tells me which files/folders/items etc have been shared externally and what access these external users have.

I've found this

Is there any way of accessing it within Graph, if not how would I go about building it myself?

    According to your case description, I completely understand the situation and your feelings.

    When I received the case, I searched a lot of documents did a lot of researches. And I feel regretful to inform you that there is currently no graph method to get the external user for a file or folder sharing.

    And I noticed that some end users have also proposed the same request, it is highly recommended that you can vote this ticket. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future. Thanks for your understanding.
