SharePoint 2016 server certificate update

Hi All,

In our SharePoint 2016 servers (APP, WFE, and Office Online server), one of the certificates is going to expire in the next few days, that certificate is used in all the web application bindings. Our admin team has imported a new certificate to all three servers (APP, WFE, and Office Online server). Now, I need to bind this new certificate to all these servers. So, what are the steps I should follow? Should I just update the binding in the IIS for each web application or in other places also need to update this new certificate? And, after updating the new certificate binding, I need to remove the old certificate.

Any guidance, on this, will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rahaman

You should go to IIS -> Your server name -> Sites -> For each web application, in the Actions pane, click Bindings -> Edit -> Select the new certificate that will be used for this web application.
