Discount Coupon not showing

Hi ,

I am having a discount coupon as I attended the azure online training by Microsoft using which I was scheduling my exam , however on reaching checkout screen I navigated back to edit my phone number , then after when I am trying to schedule Exam again it is showing "NO DISCOUNT" associated to my registered email is.

Please help.a
