URGENT - Merging my duplicate accounts

Hi,

Because of some issues, I created the duplicate account.

Can I know how many duplicate accounts that I have created?

I need my accounts to be merged. May be because of this (duplicate account) issue, I'm unable to see the certification and appointments details in Certification dashboard. Kindly arrange a personal chat session so that I can give the details.
