Hi, when I try to push the latest agent update, I get credentials errors on the failure. The ID in question was used successfully in the past few months with no changes made to the account since the last successful use. When I try to edit / add a new account in virtual machine credentials on the Configuration Server I get an error saying there is a database issue and changes can't be saved? help?

Hi@Dennis Dougherty Thank you for contacting us and I apologize for the delayed response.

From the details provided in the post, it seems push installation of mobility service agent is failing with credentials error.

Before we proceed with troubleshooting, just wanted to confirm if you have VMware set up or Hyper-V set up. IMO, this looks like VMware set up. With that assumption, just wanted to ensure you have ports 433 and 9443 open from “source VM” to “configuration server/Process server ” unidirectional .

Refer below document for more information:
VMware VM disaster recovery architecture in Azure Site Recovery - Azure Site Recovery | Microsoft Learn

Also, check if there is disk space issue on the source VM.

If possible, please share the screenshot of the error message and details of your entire set up.
