Hi,

Anyone can explain the following?

1)  Why there is a "Office Software Protection Platform Service"?  Does it come with MAK version only? or all version of office 2010?

  1. MS Office 2010 cannot verify the license issue need to set "Office Software Protection Platform Service" to auto start, but why the service was not set to auto start during installation?
  2. Is InactivityShutdownDelay recommended for this? Is there any patch ready for this?

    Why does it keep trying to reference imrk.net from this package and time out on the DNS Server request?
