Can I set an attached pdf to open fullscreen from an html email in ClickDimensions

Question

Title says it all really.
We've attached a pdf as a linked file to an html email in ClickDimensions, but we'd like it to open full screen - at the moment it opens in a browser window with slide previews in a column down the left hand side.
We'd like to lose the preview column.

Is there a tag I can add to the href call for the pdf to enable full screen opening..?
