Can I change the timezone of an api using api manager?

Hello All

I am trying to use a liquid template with a xml-to-json policy, I need to make sure that the date in my JSON is always in NZST however the apim is hosted in Australia and returns the Australian time where it is hosted.

Can I change the timezone of either API manager or the API itself?

@Tim Whatley It looks like Liquid provides a Date filter through which you can specify the time zone using the strftime syntax. Alternatively, Policy Expressions in APIM supports the System.DateTime type too: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/api-management/api-management-policy-expressions#CLRTypes

Could you share a small snippet of your policy implementation? That way, I might be able to provide a better sample that's more specific to your question.

Thanks for the reply, sorry I reread what I wrote and it wasn't very clear, I need to be able to confirm the below data is in NZST, is this possible in the liquid template?
