Hi @Alena
If you're having trouble opening the Microsoft Store app, here are some things to try:
Check for connection problems and make sure that you're signed in with a Microsoft account
Make sure Windows has the latest updates
Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
Check your time and location settings
Select Start > Settings > Time & language. Select Date & time to check your time settings and select Language & region to check your location. These settings need to show your current location and time zone.
Reset the Microsoft Store cache
Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, enter wsreset.exe, then select OK.
A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.
Here’s a guide to the Business Store:

If you are still having trouble using Microsoft Store or installing an app, Admins can sign in and look for topics on the MS Support page.
To view Support page:
https://businessstore.microsoft.com/
Sign in to Microsoft Store for Business.
Choose Manage> Support.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks.
