we would like to use the Windows Store for Business. Unfortunately downloading apps doesn't work. We've already cleared the cache, checked GPOs, restarted all services, tested different internet connections (all necessary URLs go through), etc. Anybody have any ideas where to look?

    Hi @Alena

If you're having trouble opening the Microsoft Store app, here are some things to try:

Check for connection problems and make sure that you're signed in with a Microsoft account

Make sure Windows has the latest updates

Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

Check your time and location settings

Select Start > Settings > Time & language. Select Date & time to check your time settings and select Language & region to check your location. These settings need to show your current location and time zone.

    Reset the Microsoft Store cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, enter wsreset.exe, then select OK.

A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

Here’s a guide to the Business Store:

If you are still having trouble using Microsoft Store or installing an app, Admins can sign in and look for topics on the MS Support page.

    To view Support page:

    https://businessstore.microsoft.com/

Sign in to Microsoft Store for Business.

    Choose Manage> Support.

I hope this answers your question.

    Thanks.
