Restrict the users to call SharePoint Rest Endpoints (APIs)

Hello everyone,

I want to restrict anyone to add/update/delete any list item in the SharePoint list through Rest APIs. Can anyone advice how I can achieve this? Please know that my SharePoint site is Private.
