PAYG account still shows up as trial for Verizon CDN creation

Every time I attempt to create a Verizon CDN , I get an error that states:
"
Standard Verizon
Akamai and Verizon CDN profiles cannot be created with a trial account
"
My account has been upgraded from trial and is a pay-as-you-go and in my subscription it says "Azure Plan" for plan type.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.
I understand that you have upgraded your Azure subscription from free trial to a pay-as-you-go and it says "Azure Plan" for plan type but you are unable to create a Verizon CDN and getting an error as "Akamai and Verizon CDN profiles cannot be created with a trial account."
Recently Akamai CDN has been disabled for PAYG customers and is no longer available. However, you can still access/create Microsoft and Verizon CDNs from Azure.
