Cannot install KB5011487

I am unable to to install KB5011487 the Microsoft update says "I am missing some inportant security and quality fixes"!!!

I looked in the CBS log and found these failures but I dont know how to rectify them, what do I need to download and install to allow my updates to continue??

I am getting on a bit and am NO computor Wizz kid so please keep things very simple.
